Hay Hill Wealth 2024 Investment Outlook

Hay Hill Wealth CIO Stephen Dowds and Investment Director Charles Armitage share our outlook for global markets in 2024.

"To some extent, the strong returns seen in late 2023 probably borrowed a little from those we might expect in 2024. However, we remain of the view that this year will also see returns from investments outperforming cash. Nonetheless, we expect 2024 to be a year in which we will see swings in investor sentiment, as long-term positives are buffeted by the crosswinds of shorter-term shocks"

Stephen Dowds - CIO

"We remain constructive on the outlook for the coming year and believe that we are settling into a more normal economic and investment environment, following many years of crisis-induced ultra-low monetary policy"

Charles Armitage - Investment Director
